Good afternoon. Many of you have asked about the risk of some wintry weather this weekend. Although the main cold isn’t expected to arrive until next week, this weekend will be quite cold with a risk of some snow over high ground. However, on a select few areas will see snow. These areas are as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Above 350metres of elevation<\/li>\n
  2. Well inland<\/li>\n
  3. Northern half of the UK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So, it’s fairly evident that any snow will be limited to places which are already used to it. Above 500 metres, around 5cm of snow may fall.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
